I took my bike in after I had rounded a number of bolts when trying to remove some Disc Rotors from my wheels (made worse by attempting to use a screw remover), I found the shop on Yell.As soon as I entered the shop there was someone already with a customer and someone else immediatly asked if I needed any help, after quickly discussing the problem they said they would do their best to remove the bolts and took my name and phone number.I came back later in the afternoon and again someone immediatly asked if I wanted any help, they managed to get all but one bolt out which required to be drilled out (As the hub has 6 bolts this is not a massive problem).I feel the service was very good, these days most shops everyone is kind but will not go out of their way to welcome you.Only thing bad was the parking, they can't help this as it is a small industrial estate.
