DESCRIPTION

The Tefal QuickCup is aimed at convenience and green credentials.

It claims to use less energy as it only uses the energy to heat up the water and makes a cup every few seconds.

Quick Cup

When setup its very quick and simple to use.  It does warm water to just the right temperature and even my nan can work this.

The nice things are:

It has an inbuilt Filter
The water jug is easy to refill and it doesn't leak when not attached to the QuickCup

There are a few annoying things about it:

On the adverts is apparently very quiet and the water flows freely but its not like that.
You can hear it although nowhere near as loud as a kettle.
When the button is pressed the water does not come out very smoothly so it does seem to spit and water splash into the cup.
When pushing the button it overfills small cups.
The Price, for basically a kettle it is expensive although I don't know how much you will save on the ever increasing energy bill.
